ABOUT

I recently graduated from Boston University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, and am interested in renewable energy, whether it's researching new technologies or designing renewable energy systems, and implementing sustainability in the built environment. From my perspective one of the biggest challenges this generation will face is the struggle with climate change and the need to find sustainable solutions to all aspects of life. I want to try and help develop these solutions. I also believe that materials can be half the battle when developing new technologies, which is why I have an interest in materials science and engineering as well. I have previously worked as a Blisk Manufacturing Engineering Intern for GE Aviation and as an Undergraduate Researcher developing an automated droplet printing system for KABLab at BU. I have experience with multiple CAD softwares, various manufacturing processes, coding in Matlab and C, and FEA. I am also a quick learner, attentive to detail, and can communicate my work effectively. I grew up in Hanover, New Hampshire where I liked to spend most of my free time outdoors. I love to ski and am a member of the Club Ski Racing Team at BU. I also enjoy windsurfing when I have the chance.
